SANTA MARIA MADDALENA is a small church in a side street of the picturesque capital of the Balearic Islands, which you have to look very specifically in order to find it. Every time I visited the church (it is like all the Mallorcan churches only open for certain hours) was pitch dark inside. But in winter the church is open in the evenings and at least it was illuminated a little ... the rest was the flash of my camera. The church itself is very simple, but nevertheless, I could discover Mary Magdalene on the main altar, on a painting of a secondary altar and above the main entrance.
